I am writing about Kelly Malony, the manager of the rental units we own at Watergate in Emeryville, CA. She has done such an outstanding job in managing them on a daily basis, We also like the way she answers her emails immediately and is always very helpful when discussing a particular issue on the phone. We have the full confidence in her to get things done. This is of particular importance to us since we live in New York. We know we don't have to worry, and that means a lot. We also like to thank Utopia the way we can count on their monthly report arriving on the 1st day of every month. All payments to the association, insurance and taxes have always been executed without a problem. That also means a lot to us. Thank you, Kelly and team. Great job! ~ Rene S

Thank you so much for your reply on my rating :) , Filthy is a strong word, We were living there, and I called your office twice to discuss what I was charged for, with no luck. I only wish you’ve put this much effort to just give me a call back to explain the charges. So many things you mentioned there,were never there in the apartment to start with paint has peeled because it was done poorly when I moved in, I’ve complained about that, but that time management was different, you also know that, you came in between my term there, these are just few things I wanted to discuss with your management. A good business takes the negative reviews as lesson to improve their service or communication in future, if you want 5 stars I have no problem giving you that, here they are. I have used Utopia Property Management for around 4 years and I have been very happy with their services. They are always available to answer any questions and they are proactive in the process of dealing with issues that may arise. They work hard to make sure that you feel like you're getting the best possible service out of them, which is something I really appreciate.
